1. Project Overview

To undertake the complete design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of a factory complex, which includes:

• Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings for Workshop and Warehouse
• RCC Utility Building with Laboratory Facilities
• Underground RCC Tanks
• Silo Foundations
• RCC Roads and Pavement

2. Scope of Work

2.1 Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (Workshop & Warehouse)

a. Design & Engineering

• Layout and structural design for PEBs as per load requirements
• Design to include provisions for EOT cranes (if required), ventilation, insulation, and lighting

b. Supply & Fabrication

• Procurement and fabrication of steel components including primary and secondary members, cladding, purlins, bolts, and anchor bolts

c. Construction

• Erection of structural steel members
• Installation of roof and wall sheeting
• Doors, shutters, louvers, and skylights installation
• Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC coordination

2.2 Utility Building Including Laboratory

a. Civil Works

• Isolated footings
• RCC framed structure with brick walls
• Flooring, tiling, painting, and interior finishing
• Provision of services (water, electricity, HVAC)

b. Lab Area

• Anti-vibration flooring , fume hoods, lab counters and benches
• Specialized MEP services (e.g., gas piping, exhaust systems)

2.3 Underground RCC Tanks

• Design and construction of underground tanks (e.g., fire water tank, domestic water tank, effluent tank, etc.)
• RCC raft foundation with 300mm thick RCC walls
• Include waterproofing, piping connections, access covers, and venting
• Leak testing and commissioning

2.4 Silo Foundations

• RCC foundations including pedestals, tie beams, and plinths as per silo vendor specs
• Embedment of anchor bolts, grounding, and utility trenches (if required)

2.5 RCC Roads and Pavement

• Design of road layout considering traffic load ( 60MT trucks)
• Subgrade preparation, Steel fixing, and RCC laying
• Curbs, stormwater drainage, manholes, and road markings

MEP Works

• Mechanical Works:
  • HVAC systems for all occupied and process areas.
  • Compressed air systems, piping for chemicals, and exhaust/ventilation systems.
  • Equipment installation assistance.

• Electrical Works:
  • Main switchgear, power distribution, lighting, earthing & lightning protection.
  • Generator installation and fuel storage facilities.
  • Control panels, cable trays, conduits.

• Plumbing & Drainage:
  • Water supply and distribution networks.
  • Sewerage, stormwater, and chemical drainage systems.
  • Firefighting systems include pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and hose reels.

• Instrumentation and Control :

• Sensors, alarms, and control panels for safety, process automation, and BMS.
