1. Project Overview

This project involves the full design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a pesticide production facility. The factory complex shall include a double-story RCC warehouse, a pre-engineered steel workshop, accommodation and utility buildings, underground RCC tanks, silo foundations, RCC roads, and all necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The facility must meet all local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.

2. Scope of Work

2.1 Design Phase

• Architectural Design: Complete layout planning, floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Structural Design: Structural analysis and detailed design for all RCC and steel structures.
• MEP Design: Complete design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems.
• Civil & Infrastructure Design: Site grading, stormwater management, roads, and utility connections.
• Regulatory Approvals: Liaison with local authorities to obtain all necessary permits and approvals.

2.2 Civil & Structural Works

• Double-Story RCC Warehouse Building:

• Strip Foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircase

• Ground floor designed on 2 ton/sqm load which is maximum allowable design load.

• First floor is designed on 1 ton/sqm load
• Floor finishing, fireproofing, insulation, and waterproofing.
• Loading/unloading bays and dock levelers.

• Pre-Engineered Steel Workshop Building:
  • Design, supply, and erection of steel structure including cladding, roofing, insulation, skylights.

• RCC foundations and pedestal works.

• Accommodation Building:
  • 03 story RCC frame structure with internal partitions, plumbing, bathrooms, and finishes.

• Amenities: kitchen, dining, laundry, recreation area.
• Utility Building:
  • RCC frame structure with strip footings
  • Space for boilers, chillers, compressors, Generators pumps, water treatment systems, electrical control rooms, etc.
  • Proper ventilation, access platforms, cable trenches.

• Underground RCC Tanks:
  • Design and construction of tanks for water storage, firewater, waste collection, and chemical containment.
  • Leak-proof design with internal waterproofing and access manholes.

• Silo Foundations and Machinery foundations:
  • RCC raft or isolated footing design to support vertical silos.
  • Embedment of anchor bolts and anti-vibration measure

• RCC Roads & Hardscape:
  • Internal access roads, footpaths, kerbing, and drainage.
  • Loading/unloading zones, vehicle turning radius compliance.

2.3 MEP Works

• Mechanical Works:
  • HVAC systems for all occupied and process areas.
  • Compressed air systems, piping for chemicals, and exhaust/ventilation systems.
  • Equipment installation assistance.
• Electrical Works:
  • Main switchgear, power distribution, lighting, earthing & lightning protection.
  • Generator installation and fuel storage facilities.
  • Control panels, cable trays, conduits.
• Plumbing & Drainage:
  • Water supply and distribution networks.
  • Sewerage, stormwater, and chemical drainage systems.
  • Firefighting systems include pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and hose reels.
• Instrumentation and Control (as required):
  • Sensors, alarms, and control panels for safety, process automation, and BMS.

2.4 Miscellaneous & Site Development

• Boundary wall and entrance gate.
• Security room and checkpoints.
• Landscaping and green areas.
• Site grading and stormwater management.
