1. Scope of work

This Scope of Work outlines the deliverables, technical requirements, and work activities associated with the construction of the piling and boundary wall of the factory.

2. Work Description

A. PILING WORKS

Scope:

The piling works  include:

• Site clearing, leveling, and preparation.
• Layout and setting out based on approved construction drawings.
• Mobilization of equipment, machinery, and materials.
• Boring/drilling operations as per design depth and diameter.
• Installation of reinforcement cages.
• Concreting of piles as per the structural design.

Technical Requirements:

• Type of piles: bored cast-in-situ
• Pile diameter: 600mm
• Pile depth: 30m
• Quantity: 100

B. BOUNDARY WALL WORKS

Scope:

The boundary wall work shall include:

• Survey and demarcation of boundary lines.
• Excavation and foundation works for the boundary wall.
• Reinforcement, formwork, and concreting of footings and plinth.
• Construction of block/brick masonry wall (height and thickness as per design).
• Application of plaster, waterproofing, and painting/finishing coats.
• Fixing of barbed wire or security fencing (if applicable).
• Provision for gates and security access points (if specified).
• Cleanup and disposal of construction debris.

Technical Requirements:

• Wall height: 2.4 meters
• Wall thickness: 230 mm
• Foundation depth: 900 mm
• Wall length: 3000m
